Our center utilizes the Brightwheel app so that you can always feel connected to your children. Your child's teacher will use the app to post information such as naps, meals, diaper changes, activities along with pictures to help long days apart from your child seem a bit shorter.
Brightwheel has a direct message feature so that you can send messages to your child's teachers and they will send you messages as well. Teachers will send messages with class reminders, weekly updates, etc. and the Director will use this feature to send center-wide announcements, newsletters and updates. You can even send private "Admin Only" messages for the Director's eyes only.
Brightwheel allows the center to maintain accurate attendance records by allowing parents to check in upon arrival and checking out at departure. Just scan the QR code or use our convenient check in/out kiosk and you're set!
Brightwheel even has a billing feature and you will receive your weekly statements via the app. You can pay directly through the app via ACH or with your credit/debit card and you can even set up Autopay so that you never have to worry about forgetting to submit your tuition payment!
